Talk through how you see your postpartum period unfolding and main priorities during the 4th trimester.
Strategize ideas to reduce stress and decrease depression symptoms.
Identify specific support people and assign potential roles.

Postpartum Services
“I NEED TO SHOWER, NAP, WORK”
Description: This service is pretty self-explanatory. If you need a shower, nap, etc. then this service is for you.

*additional services: tidy common spaces, clean spaces, feed baby, fold clean laundry, bathe baby, etc.
EARLY POSTPARTUM HOME CHECK-IN
Description: Did you just deliver at the hospital and are at home wondering if everything is okay with you and your baby? This visit may be for you.
This visit consists of a physical, mental, and emotional assessment of the maternal-newborn dyad. Vital signs, infant weight, breastfeeding assessment and reassurance that birthing person and baby are healthy.
